These Terms & Conditions govern your use of VANTEX.uk and any services we provide. By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
Last updated: 27 February 2026
We provide digital services including website design and development, audit and optimisation, SEO (local and technical), AI visibility support, and optional ongoing maintenance.
The exact scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in your proposal or written agreement. Any scope change must be agreed in writing.
Free audits and consultations are introductory services and do not create a binding project contract by themselves. Project work begins only after scope and payment terms are agreed.
Projects begin with a 50% deposit to secure planning and production time. The remaining 50% is due before final delivery or launch unless otherwise stated in writing.
Late payment may pause work, delay milestones, or delay handover and launch.
You agree to provide accurate information, timely feedback, approvals, required content, and access to relevant systems/accounts. Delays in approvals or content can move delivery dates and may affect launch timelines.
Delivery timelines are estimates based on known requirements and timely collaboration. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing content, delayed approvals, third-party outages, or platform restrictions outside our control.
Until full payment is received, all draft and final deliverables remain the property of VANTEX.uk unless otherwise agreed in writing.
After full payment, you receive rights to use final approved deliverables for your business purpose. Third-party assets, fonts, plugins, templates, APIs, and platform services remain subject to their own licence terms.
Your website or project may rely on third-party providers (for example hosting, domains, analytics, payment tools, communication tools, and anti-spam/security services). Their availability, pricing, terms, and policy changes are outside our control.
We provide services with reasonable care and professional skill. Except where prohibited by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or third-party downtime.
Ongoing support is provided only where included in your package or agreed as a separate maintenance arrangement. Response windows and support scope depend on your active plan.
Either party may terminate with written notice if the other party materially breaches agreed terms and does not resolve the breach within a reasonable period. Fees for work already completed remain payable.
Your use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless a different jurisdiction is expressly stated in a signed project agreement.
